Refund policy

We have a NO RETURN, NO REFUND, policy. We're sorry but we are a small business hand-making unique, artisanal products from difficult to procure raw materials. Shipping items back and forth may reduce the integrity of our craftswomanship. We inspect every item thoroughly before shipping it, and will only send items we feel represent the utmost beauty and quality of our work. 

If you should have an issue with an order you receive, please email me at jodi@jodimelissa.com. Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis. This does not apply to items purchased on final sale; final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Items sent back to us without first sending an email detailing your concern will not be accepted for exchange.

If you prefer shop with us in-person, we often do popups or craft shows you can attend. You can find our schedule at this link https://jodimelissa.com/pages/2024-festivals. Check it often as we are always adding updates.
