Shipping policy

Once an in-stock order is placed, your item will take 1-3 business days to process then 2-5 business days ship to you depending on your location and shipping service used.

Canadian orders have a flat rate shipping fee of US $30. Orders take 1-3 business days to process and shipping takes 7-10 business days after processing. Please note that additional Canadian taxes and brokerage fees may be collected by Canadian customs upon receipt of your order.

We do our best to package and protect your items for safety during shipping. All materials are waterproof and should withstand the wear and tear that comes with handling. Please let us know if you have any issues with a package you receive by emailing us at chic@jodimelissa.com.

Processing time:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse center for dispatch within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. It may be delayed if there is a holiday.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse center to the destination.

There are many factors that can cause your product to be delayed, such as holidays, bad weather, strikes and wars.

My package gets lost

Please email us to let us know that you did not receive the package. After we contact the courier company to check if the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.

Customs & Duties

For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). If you have ordered multiple items from us, we may need to ship some of them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking numbers for each order.
